History
TOFAMA S.A. was established in 1920 by Jan Broda as Fabryka Maszyn Jan Broda i S-ka.

The Company started to specialise in the production of fittings and equipment for chemical industry, mainly for the manufacture of acids in the 50s.

Zakłady Urządzeń Chemicznych TOFAMA S.A. was transformed into a joint stock company on September 1995 within the framework of Comprehensive Privatization Scheme and on May 1996 the Company is shares were contributed to National Investment Funds.

Next the shares were repurchased form National Investment Funds by staff.

On August 2003 Company had changed its name from Zakłady Urządzeń Chemicznych TOFAMA S.A. to TOFAMA S.A.


Production profile
At present the company offers state-of-the-art instruments and equipment used in the production, storage and transportation of chemicals and food products including:

• pumps for chemical fluids and food products,

• industrial valves,

• metal equipment.

Thanks to its many years experience TOFAMA adjusts technical solutions to individual needs of its customers and manufactures equipment and devices and renders high quality services at competitive prices. It guarantees that the user can rely upon, be sure of and feel satisfied with the application of TOFAMAs products.

Main domestic customers are chemical, food processing, power and extractive plants. Export ,a large part of our production, is distributed to: Russian, the Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Egypt, Vietnam, Belgium, Denmark and others.
